CARPOOL DISCOUNT: Any out of area drivers will receive free venue for helping to transport 3 or more people to the event. To claim your free venue, speak to Govinda /Ryan/Barry at check in at venue. Times:

  • Onsite Registration Ends: 6:15 pm Doubles/Melee - 7:15 pm for Ultimate Singles
  • Melee Singles start time: 6:30 pm
  • Ultimate Doubles start time:6:30 pm (promptly)
  • Ultimate Singles start time: 7:30 pm
  • Ultimate Redemption Bracket (Amateur) around 8:30

Redemption Bracket (starts after losers round 2 completes)

  • If you don't make it past losers round two, your tournament night is not over yet! You are automatically entered into the redemption bracket/ round robin bracket where you compete for 1st and free venue for your next visit!

Fees:

  • Venue Fee: $8
  • Casuals Only: $8 (all night)
  • Single Tournament entry Ultimate/Melee: $7
  • Doubles Tournament entry: $5.00 per person
  • Spectating is $8

Venue Rules:

You can bring outside food, and there are snacks and drinks to buy in the venue. There will be a table just for eating. No food around the consoles/computers themselves. Drinks are ok, but be careful and don't spill anything near the electronics. We just ask if you can please clean up after yourselves. Don't leave any garbage behind. We don't want the guys at the venue working extra just to clean up after us.

  • Starter stages: Yoshi’s Story, Fountain of Dreams, Final Destination, Battlefield, Dream Land.
  • Counter-pick stages: Pokemon Stadium.
  • Wobbling is LEGAL. Freezing and infinite stalling are not legal.
  • First stage is decided by banning from the Starter Stages in P1-P2-P2-P1 order.
  • Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
  • Following stages decided by winner banning one stage from all stages and then loser choosing.
  • Any matches that are best of five, there are no stage bans. You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.
  • Seeding for tournament will be based on past tournaments and rankings with the help of the community (feel free to join in at time)
  • You will need to bring your own controllers although we do have some available at venue.
