While heavy reference was clearly used, I'd give your work 4/5 stars! Very awesome oils you have there. I'd love to see you take this talent and produce something entirely your own (a finished piece)

The cougar's face is a little lopsided and the dog's back legs are slightly out of perspective.

Your Okami piece is my favorite. The lighting on the fur must have been a tedious experience, but it really paid off. Great job.

(Please don't be offended by my critiques--I go to an art school so I may come off a little harsh. If you'd like a more depthy critique, I can give it.)

i must say your use of color pencils and oil paintings are QUITE impressive. do you think you could do a picture using charcoal pencils and water colors?
