Editing REFF particles (and other info)

Hey guys, does anyone here know how to edit stuff inside REFF files? I know how to edit the colours of GFX inside their REFFs, but id like to dig a bit deeper and try to edit some other stuff like what textures are loaded for example.

anyone know about this?
