Editing ISO questions

ok, so I'm installing some mods to the ISO so I can play it on Dolphin,
I'm replacing yoshi with Sephiroth.

in the readme it says

For this to work. First you need to put the code file into your codes folder.

If you're using other ports, or other codes. here's the codes alone.

Yoshi has Marth's soundbank

what is the code file / folder, and is there one on the ISO or is that only for SD card hacking?

If you are using dolphin, then download WiiScrubber to directly replace the files in the iso.

I've never been able to use these codesets in Dolphin.

If you right click the ISO in Dolphin and hit preferences, there's a place to add codes there that I use.
