Edgeguarding Space Animals

I just recently came back to smash, and I was thinking about techniques of edgeguarding with Marth against Fox and/or Falco.

Any input about the usefulness of each technique is really appreciated. I've noticed that Marth has plenty of options since he's such a strong edgeguarder. Anyways, if you have any input that you feel is relevant (comments, corrections), please voice your ideas.

Forward Smash and Forward tilt - this one speaks for itself

Neutral B charge - another one from Captain Obvious

Neutral A Swipe - useful when well timed against a space animal forward b.

Dair Spike from edge - Can be executed from standing onstage or from hanging on edge.

Edge-hog with well spaced back airs - Priority wins here

Edge-hog invincibility frames to edge-hopped neutral air

Dtilt - Useful for poking a space animal up-b

Counter - Useful against upb to get the space animal even further under the horizontal level of the stage.

Chasing over the edge with forward airs during up b chargeup from space animals

Grab - This is one that I have just recently seen implemented (it's been over a year since I've come to these boards). Using the grab's priority here is a good idea, but is it really practical (does Marth have stronger options)?

I'm not directly asking anything, I'd just like some more ideas behind these edgeguards as well as other options that he might have. Also, if you prefer one over another, please specify when, where, and why.

Okies, thanks.

I tend to use Marth's counter against firefoxing space animals more often than dtilt, fsmash, or neutral B because the counter is much harder to edgetech. At low percentages, I'll follow it up by fairing them during their charge-up for the next firefox (mentioned above) and then edgehog. At high percentages, I'll edgehog to an edgehopped bair or dair for the KO.

D-tilt is my most used tool because it has very low risk. If someone sweetspots alot (as they should be) this is the tool to be using..if not, I suppose you can be using whatever you want. The d-tilt usually forces the fox/falco to firefox and that leads easy f-smashes/edgehogs.

I typically: edge hog to b-air if I believe they are going to try to up-b over me and I have the hypothetical angle to cut them off, edge hog to d-air if they are pretty far below me and need to go for the edge, forward smash if their recovery is so far away that they can only take on angle to the edge.

However, my most used edge guard against space animals (when they already pass beneath the ledge and can only up-b) is to jump out after them and non tip a f-air (which pushes them away horizontally) during the start up lag before quickly fast falling and sweetspotting the edge to prepare for another ledgeguard. If it's Falco at some what moderate damage, there's a good chance that he will fall too far before being able to up-b again (and if he can a d-air onto the stage can deal with that) while Fox becomes incredibly susceptible to b-airs and d-airs in the same situation.
