Everyone goes on and on about Rolex and Professor Pro. Both are amazing, but where do you guys put East Coast Eddie in comparison to them? Better? Worse? Alot worse? Very close? etc, etc, etc.

Personally, I think he's great. Not on Rolex/PP's level, but certainly close.

I have never seen Jonny Westside... I´m watching a set vs Tyrant right now and wow... he´s not at prof.pro level but he´s good :o ... are there more snakes that I haven´t seen?

Edit: he does well use of the Footstools... I want to know if Down throw > Footstool on the corner is secured? and those mixups with the Cypher on block ( C4 or an aerial) was pretty sweet... definitely taking notes.

Johnny Westside is the clear #3 Snake imo.

I personally think that Sago and myself are better than ECE, based off of the videos of their matches that I've seen.

There should ve a Video compedium or something like that . Don´t you think @ FlashingFire FlashingFire ? so Snake players could watch the other player´s videos and take notes ( I didn´t knew Johnny Westside existed until this morning :o)

Edit: There are a lot of videos that have like ´´15-30´´ views ... we are losing a lot of content not sharing all those matches, JWestside should be more popular if we are talking about his character and player level.

Behold the power of scrolling down and looking through the Snake discussion boards! I spy with my little eye: a Snake Video Thread!

Sarcasm aside, basically every character board has one of these by now. The Snake one is somewhat outdated (lots of videos haven't made it onto the OP, and many of the featured players have improved since posting videos), but still very useful for comparing and contrasting playstyles and picking up new tricks.

Also, it's really not necessary to tag someone that's already following a thread, as they'll get the notification regardless. Use it to bring someone's attention to a thread that they haven't seen before or have neglected for a while.

oh okay, thanks about the thread and sorry about the tagging xD ... I´m new to posting so much in forums, when I first joined Smashboards(when I started playing brawl) I use it to just leech. But as this game as well as our character is still fresh I want to help improving the snake metagame c:

No problem dude. Everyone's gotta start somewhere. And PM Snake is freaking awesome.

EDIT: saw your earlier comments, and Dthrow > footstool is not guaranteed (but it is hilariously effective on anyone who hasn't seen it before).

Omart learn your cypher on shield options they're really important.

The reason you never heard of JWest is because he's SoCal and us SoCal players never have to travel because all of the best players are here anyway. :3
