Easiest way to firefox-ledgestall

Hey guys;
my question is pretty simple: which is the easiest way to firefox-ledgestall, droping from the ledge by pressing away from it(doing a quarter circle movement) or down (doing an down and up movement)? I know there is the shine-firefox way too, but my doubt is between those two I mentioned first.

quarter-circle motion is by far the easiest for me. i can do down then up sometimes, but inconsistently and only with great difficulty

The easiest way for me is just to drop the ledge then fire fox such as (, +) make sure you let go of before you press + or else you will +.
