Well, for you new falcos or falcos that don't know this, this is an easier way. You simply run towards the edge and when your falling, you can double jump, flick the control stick towards the stage when coming back up and then blastering. this even works if you're trying to blaster someone that is recvering by blastering when you double-jumped and DI towards the ledge.

the only real problem with that is lhdl is most useful after the opponent misses a ledgegaurd.

you'll generally see videos were the falco come back to edge of the stage and as the other person tries to put on some pressure and attack, the falco lhdl's and shuts the attack down and should start a combo for falco.

i'm not saying that's not useful, i'm just saying if you have the time to run off the ledge and do that, you can probably do something better.

just my 2 cents though

It doesnt seem worth it unless your reflexes are good enough so that even when, lets say a Marth, is pressuring you on the edge you can pull it off then move into a combo.

Its a good way to trick your opponent but there is TOO much room for error.

I.E against another Falco: You Attempt to do it from across the stage and get SHL.
Or when he is next to you, you get spiked.

Unless you mean the lhdl when you are actually hanging on the ledge...

No, you don't use ledge, you just run off, and use second jump to double blaster. Also, agreed with spike/SHl part.
