Dual Monitors question

ok sooo i have dual monitors set up, with my second monitor set as the extended monitor and It's a lot bigger than my laptop monitor and its great to watch movies on it kuz i can just drag the window over. however when i play starcraft, i want to "drag" the window over but I can do no such thing. Is there a way I could play my starcraft on the extended monitor without changing it to my primary monitor?
