Dtilt into Dsmash

After Dtilt, does the knockback from Dsmash get reduced by the tripping effect of Dtilt?

I very seriously doubt it, but it doesn't really matter since Dsmash won't launch very far anyway at a % in which it would link from a Dtilt.

i would beleave not, for tripping is ment to be punished, its not like being nocked to the ground...

I don't think so, but honestly, I'd just do the down smash. d tilt doesn't always trip and can let them di away. Then again, i guess it depends on the %.
