DS'ing in kaillera!!!!

Every game I play ds happens... how can I stop this stupid **** from happening so much?

Less lag reduces the odds of DS though.

1) Disable items. Items cause a lot of ds and trouble.

2) Stop downloading p0rn while playing

some people DS all the time on pj64k if they are not using the default audio plugin

I would also mess around with the plugins, including the graphics plugin as it can cause issues sometimes. Also, if you are on wireless, disable wireless zero configuration after you connect to the network on Windows XP or get something like WLAN Optimizer if you are on Vista/7. Also try playing with mupen and see if you get the same problems.

can't stress this enough, solved countless of new peoples desynch problem by simply asking them if they go full screen or not (full screen always desynch, does anyone know why?)

Pausing and waiting for 3+ minutes will almost definitely cause DS, unless you are p2ping.

I've never understood how or why pausing causes to desynch after a while. What factor in pausing and not moving at all just letting the music play causes it to desynch?
