Drill pivot utilt

Drill pivot utilt wouldn't work on anyone. Drill utilt does though, and the direction you're facing doesn't matter much if you're close enough. Drill turn around utilt doesn't really work.

I checked weather it would work, and it does (counts as a combo + allows for ASDI towards OR away) - and it works in game too ^^

An excellent tool against marth in PAL to get him airbourne, since its so hard to get grab uthrows ^^

I've checked, the only one i even had problems with was bowser, but i got it a few times in the end, just start the drill in the center of him.

Awesome. Like I said though, the pivot is unnecessary, and you don't even need to turn around usually. =P
Also, might mess up more than you would. I guess it would looks cooler though.

What percents will drill up tilt combo into uair for kills vs whoever with and without DI? For some reason I think this **** could be awesome.

Well i've tested out a few things, the basic idea is almost the same for a uthrow uair kill... So roughly 100-20% for marth (bare in mind i'm in PAL so its all much weeker ) about 80-95% for peach and, most importantly, 40-50% for jiggz

If someone wants to test it all out, please be my guess and let me know a few more

Probably fairly low percents... On falco/fox i imagine anywhere during his chaingrab percentages.
