WELCOME TO THE DEN! This tournament will be the tenth Smash 4 tournament hosted by Dragon’s Den and will feature 1vs1 singles and an Amiibo tournament (1 DOLLAR FEE)! The last one was great and a ton of fun. WE HAD 50+ PEOPLE SHOW UP AND PLAY! Dragon's Den also provided pizza and soda for just 5 extra dollars! Bring your A-game and fight for glory, money and a new custom amiibo!

Whether you are looking to improve, join the competitive scene or just want to play, we’d be glad to have you! Plus, Dragon’s Den specializes in cards, comics and gaming, so just seeing the store is worth coming down! Mark your calendars Sunday February 28th, 11:00AM!

***Additional Setups Are NEEDED and will entitle a discount on tournament entry of 50%. Please help us make this tournament run smoothly! Bring a TV or a Wii U! Last time we had 7 setups and ran a 50+ person tourney great, but more would really help. LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN BRING ONE BELOW IN THE THREAD!

• In the event of a percentage tie, there will be a one stock tie breaker match set to 3 minutes on the same stage.
• If a match ends by suicide, such as Ganoncide or Robicide, the initiator wins the match. Bowsercide, DDDcide and others do not constitute a win as many characters can escape.

I can bring a setup. However, last time I brought one they said there weren't enough.. but you guys only had 5 setups and it was very cluttered and made things run slower.

Also, the rules... Miiverse as its own stage when it's the same stage as battlefield? And picking characters before the stage makes it so that the winner can just ban against your character which is an unfair advantage against somebody who's already at a serious disadvantage if they're losing the set 1-0. Most tournaments do stage bans before character choices.. just something to consider!

And the number system. It defeats the purpose of having tags for the players. Calling out number 10 vs number 41 will make the tournament run slower. Calling for the tag of the player will 90% of the time result in an immediate response.

I attend tournaments 3 times a week and enjoy going to dragons den a lot. I have just realized the flaws in comparison to a lot of the other tournaments I go to and ask that you please take the constructive criticism into consideration because I can promise that it will make for a smoother tournament and less headaches all around.

We spoke I think on FB. We got a bigger room and we now have more setups hopefully. Numbers will stay for now because getting people to write neat is a nightmare and some dont use tags.
