Draft Crew???

Anyone mind telling me what's a draft crew?

Does it have to do something with a group of teams competing against other groups of teams

The concept of Draft Crews is kind of like schoolyard sports. In the sense where there is a captain for each crew and they draft players one at a time to be on their crew. Not all players have a crew they actively play with so this is a good way to open crews up to all players at the event.
