Down Tilt Combos

Has anyone else noticed that down tilt combos several times into itself with heavier characters and then, if you catch them on the descending hitstun, you can forward smash? This seems really good but I am not sure which characters it works on and which ones it doesn't- though it seems to have a way better effect the heavier your opponent is.

The heavier your opponent is the easier it is to chain d-tilts. You can almost always catch your opponent with some sort of follow up after d-tilt unless they are really familiar with it.
