Okay, what's with going thru Classic Mode and it giving you Special Moves that have already been acquired? Anybody else notice that?

The RNG is just crappy, that's all. You can get any custom equipment/move/hat/outfit that you already have. I think the only exception is ones locked by Challenges.
I do not know if you can get the exact same stats on a single equipment piece, though. I've gotten 10 unique stats for Lightweight Shoes.
