Alright, been testing this, and it has been doing good. Almost perfect, IMO, need to see if I can score over an 8 on the Wii-o-Meter ;)

Heracross @ Choice Band
Guts: Adamant
104 HP, 252 Attack, 152 Speed
Megahorn
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Pursuit
Awesome Choice Bander, I've never used one before. It takes all status not named sleep, though I have something to take that, too. Megahorn and Close Combat benefit from STAB, Stone Edge for Flyers, Pursuit for anything that thinks they can get away.
Possibly may use more HP evs, since the most common status he gets is Para, though he gets the Burn once-in-a-while. Also may change Pursuit.

Salamence @ Choice Specs
Intimidate: Modest
4 Defense, 252 Speed, 252 Special Attack
Draco Meteor
Dragon Pulse
Flamethrower
Hydro Pump
The standard, can take 5 Stealth Rock hits, gives insane hits. But that's not it's main job. It's job is to force any Special walls. Once I find out what those are, it will be easy enough to know what to predict to on my next come-in(like Lucario or Heracross).
I see sets running Dragon Claw over Dagon Pulse, am I missing something?

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Serene Grace: Adamant
240 HP, 132 Attack, 136 Speed
Body Slam
Zen Headbutt
U-Turn
Wish
Flinchhax FTW? 401 HP allows for max Leftovers recovery. Body Slam and Zen Headbutt for ParaFlinch Hax, with U-Turn and Wish for Support.
Possibly Reflect over Body Slam? The paralysis support has been helping this team soooo much better, IMO.

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Levitate: Bold
252 HP, 84 Defense, 156 Special Attack, 16 Special Defense
Charge Beam
Ice Beam
Rest
Sleep Talk
Sleep Clause *****. Takes the sleep, and can go for the quite possible "unorthadox" sweep, thanks to Charge Beam, her massive defenses, and her unusual amount of Special Attack EV investment.
This set can take any kind of Dragon. Period.

Starmie @ leftovers
Natural Cure: Timid
172 HP, 216 Speed, 120 Special Attack
Surf
Thunderbolt
Rapid Spin
Recover
Can ALSO take Status's, if need, and Rapid Spins. Also serves as an excellent Gyarados counter.
Should I use Ice Beam over Thunderbolt, or should it stay the same? Possibly forego Rapid Spin completely and go with an all offensive set?

Lucario @ Salac Berry
Inner Focus: Adamant
252 Attack, 4 Defense, 252 Speed
30 HP IV's
Close Combat
Crunch
Swords Dance
Substitute
Moves in easily against Blisseys after being brought out by Salamence, and can force them out as he whores it up with Subs. Get the boost, and sweep. He also carries a nice x4 Dark resistance that stops CBTar's crunches in their tracks.

I'm sorry it's so standard, but this will be my competitive team. Please help it out.

id go with a scarfed heracross but band is a nice alternative.

salamence is way too cliche. strong though.

im not going to comment on jirachi and cresselia cuz theyre legendaries (i hate legendaries) but im sure theyre good.

for starmie....id take out recover. that way you can get both bolt and beam.

nice lucario.

overall its really good.

By Wii-o-Meter, I'm assuming you mean mii? I like my reputation on here. Sooooooooooo many people look up to mii.

Any reason you put EVs from Speed to HP?

idk, I might use Light Screen or Reflect over Body Slam.

I might use Reversal over CLose Combat if you plan on SubSalac Sweeping.

DDing Tyranitar does a number to this team.

If you add a faster Pokemon or a Choice Scarfed one, you'll score like an 8.5. Right now, you're exactly 8.

Wii4Mii is smart enough to know a Magikarp from a Feebas. Then why can't he make an accurate, sophisticated Wii-o-Meter?

I wanted to try CB Heracross, since it's more unusual from the CS one. Especially as a starter. It scares so many things away, and the opponent never knows which till it kills something it shouldn't have.
I'd rather keep Recover on Starmie, she meant to take hits and Rapid Spin, along with dealing some, which is why Surf is there. I already had Cresselia as the dragon counter, so I thought it would benefit over Thunderbolt more than Ice Beam.
Thanks for the help.

@ Wii4Mii
Heracross-Yes, the reason I have more HP than usual is because, other than Sleep, Status's force me to take damage: whether it be Para, Burn, or Poison. This way, he can deal and take some hits, too. Also may surprise something expected to kill him.
Jirachi- I tried out both, but I had better success with Body Slam. Or maybe I'm lucky.
Lucario- The reason I ran Close Combat over Reversal is cause, with the IV's, he gets the Salac Boost after 3 Subs, not 4, and even if I made it 4 for the reversal, he would be screwed over by SR and Spikes, unlike this version. It's just more Stable, IMO.
What type of DDing Trannytar?
One with Taunt would limit its type coverage between one of the 3 moves: EQ, Crunch, and Stone Edge. Dual STAB gets stopped by Lucario, EQ with Crunch is resisted by Heracross(a perfect example why HP EVs are important), and EQ with Stone Edge...
crap, it sweeps :/
I can scare him to revealing if he has EQ or not by bringing in Lucario, and scrae him off with Heracross?
Can he take a +1 Stone Edge?
CScarf Cross isn't looking too bad. But I feel it's so.... predictable.

Tyranitar @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Jolly
EVs: 252 Attk / 252 Spd / 6 HP

Dragon Dance
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Crunch

Assuming your Heracross has 31 IVs in Defense and HP, a +1 Tyranitar Stone Edge to your Heracross will do 82.87% - 97.55%. The same Tyranitar with Life Orb will guarantee a OHKO.

How about this?

Heracross @ Choice Scarf
Guts: Jolly
80 HP, 252 Attack, 176 Speed
Close Combat
Megahorn
Stone Edge
Pursuit?(maybe Night Slash?)
Standard CSCross, with a twist. It's faster than most others, thanks to the Jolly nature, and also comes witht the element of surprise. Most things try to beat its Adamant variant like, say, after a DD, but the extra speed, coupled with a bit more durability thanks to the HP, makes him a more often stable member of the team.

starmieshould take away hp investment in evs and switch em into anall out attack variant. as for against gyrados, one ddance in a varianat will out speed it and eq will do a considerable amount of damage, and a counter is not supposed to take that much damage. also, she is not that great defensively either.

heracross in a choiceband while decreasing its speed wont work that well. it is predictable too

some choice specd salamence go rash(or maybe mild) and run dragon claw to dent special defenders. not the best option, but o whell

this team has a considerable gengar weakness

I'd give this team a 7/10
-but that doesn't matter cause I'm not wii

Would using CS Heracross get rid of that gengar weakness?
How much damage does Pursuit do against Gengar with Max attack, a Jolly nature, and them not switching out, with a Choice Scarf?
If Starmie switches into Gyarados on its DD, Gyarados has almost no hope of OHKOing Starmie, while Starmie will OHKO him back. Which is why I run HP evs. The speed allows her to outspeed Gengars.

lol Sorry, dude. People just like mii.

Pursuit is, like, a guaranteed OHKO on Gengar, whether it switches or not.

Any Psychic or Ghost in on a Pursuiter is screwed. Unless STarmie manages to outspeed and KO with Psychic.

most psychics and starmies will outspeed this variant because of CB instead of Cscarf

and some noobs like to run psychic on gengar and starmie
