Dolphin Virtual SD not reading

I had PM up and running using this guide, and I tried copying over some files from my hackless Wii setup using Im Disk Virtual Disk Driver as explained here. Now Gecko won't read the virtual SD at all, even when I completely remake the SD from scratch using the stock homebrew version of PM. Does anyone know what else I should try?
