Dolphin problems

So, recently my dolphin emulator has decided to completely glitch my games and make them unplayable, no idea why it's doing this, any help?

Could be something wrong with your ISO. Otherwise I would recommend uninstalling Dolphin then reinstalling again. If the problem persists, then Idk what to do sorry

Update your graphics driver, if it does nothing for you then switch graphics backends. Definitely a graphics problem.
