Dolphin playback?

Hi,

Is there a way to take a replay that was recorded on a Wii, transfer it to an SD card, then replay it on the Dolphin emulator and record it for HD quality? I ask because I recently saw a match on youtube that was at 720p quality, something the Wii is incapable of.

Please don't tell me to ask on the Dolphin forums, because I already did that and no one seems to want to help.

I don't think SWF is the right place, since this section of the site is about Brawl mods, not Dolphin.
