Dolphin Netplay problem

When i try to connect to someone using Traversal Error: Failed to connect pops up. However when i host the game there is no problem at all. I looked up everything to solve it, i even used portforward but it was no use

I think I have a similar problem at my house and have no idea how to fix it, but I quit Netplay anyway
