Dolphin Netplay Help

Hello Smashboards,
I recently obtained the Dolphin Netplay Emulator and tried Project M however, the game never seems to hit 100% for common stages such as FD, Battlefield, and Animal crossing. It works on the other Dolphin Emulator (4.0.2 ) with Direct3D9 by having 100% 60 FPS. Is their an equivalent way to make Project M on the netplay emulator run the same? I have looked up many solutions but none seem to work. Thanks

I have tried both guides and they don't seem to work. Any other tips? Btw I forgot to mention it runs perfectly on Native without any add-ons but I am looking for a way to get it to 1.5x native.

D3D9 isn't supported anymore so that's not an option for Netplay. If you use D3D11 on the stable build do you get full speed?

Both Direct3D11 and OpenGL cannot maintain 100% speed.

Well your settings look right.. Because the game doesn't lag on 1x it seems like you have a graphics bottleneck (integrated graphics aren't very strong). I guess try updating your graphics drivers but other than that idk what to tell you.

Are you sure it wasn't your opponent's hardware or the buffer? Netplay can be more demanding than offline.

No we set the buffer to suit the ping whenever we lag.
