Dolphin Mayflash PC Adapter Controller Help

I set up my controller adapter and all the controls in the GC Pad, but when I play PM my character doesn't run. I move my stick to the right quickly and the character walks when it should run. My config looks like this: http://imgur.com/vqywux1

Dead zone of 5 on main stick 15 on c stick, increase radius on both to 100. For L analog and R analog push down the respective buttons right until they click but don't let them click such that it says axis xr-+ and yr-+
