Dolphin keeps going into the background during play.

It happened once or twice with google chrome, but it hasn't gone into the background on its own in weeks.

Dolphin on the other hand keeps going into the background like I clicked on the desktop, white window and everything and I can't input controls. It only does that for a second or two, but in that time I die quite a bit because of missed recoveries or being unable to stop an opponent from killing me.
