[Dolphin]C-Stick doesn't respond...kinda.

When playing either PM or Brawl (it works fine in Melee), the C-Stick sometimes doesn't respond. In both the GCPad window and the Windows Game Controller window it shows as working just fine, but the C-Stick won't execute a smash/aerial about 50% of the time. When doing control testing and pressing any C-Stick direction, PM shows the input for the C-Stick even if it doesn't execute. I've figured out that by slowly moving it right always executes an attack that way, but it doesn't do the same for the other 3 directions.

Google isn't returning anything related to this, anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: Found the solution; I set the C-Stick dead zone to 25 and it works perfectly now.
