Dolphin being odd

So I recently downloaded dolphin v4.0-8916 so I could use my GC adapter. Everything works fine, apart from my R trigger. It's constantly pressed, without me doing anything.

Is there any way to fix this?

Happens to me too, the R will register a press just by touching it even if I'm not pressing down at all. I've found switching to ports 3/4 helps sometimes but I highly doubt that is a real solution.

I've had this problem. Maybe you're trigger is stuck. I fixed it by cleaning my controller, and pulling the R trigger up a bit. (Once it was attached, obviously)

The R Trigger is not pressed at all. It's in its stock position still.

*edit* I've taken the controller out of the port, and the character still just holds shield. Strange
