Dolphin 4.0-652 Acting Strange. Really annoying.

When I play project M on Dolphin 3.5 it looks fine, but when I play it on 4.0-652 it looks a bit stretched out, even when I put the same settings on both versions. I messed around with it for a while but it still looks like its a bit stretched. Take a look:

In the actual game itself go to options->screen-> and pick the one on the right. This is because you can't have a save file with 4.0-652 and prevents desyncs.
