So I got everything setup and I can finally play, but the c-stick often times does not register when I try to attack (I'll have to hit it repeadetly before anything happens). So I want to ask if someone can post a screenshot of their 360 controller setup or just tell me the exact settings I need to change. That would be awesome!
Here is my current setup:

Change radius on both sticks to 100 and set a deadzone of 5 on main stick.

What do you mean by better? Having a gc controller is far superior just because gc controller. I don't have any problems with mine.
yes of course it's already better because gc, but I mean will it be more responsive than the 360 controller which doesn't always register what I'm m trying to do, you said you that you don't have any problems and that's exactly what I wanted to hear :)

Not sure why you'd assume all 360's are unresponsive...mine has NEVER had what you describe...I might think you just have an old controller...I personally am making the switch to XB1 controllers, as soon as mine comes in.

sorry if I wasn't clear enough, I was just referring to my own 360 controller, which is definitely old lol
but wait wouldn't you rather switch to gc as well instead of x1?

yea, I only recently got back into smash...I played melee back in the day, but was too young to appreciate what it was, and PM kinda reeled me back in.
I also had a really long hiatus from smash, I kept all my gc and wii stuff though so I could just jump right in whenever I wanted. :)
