A while back, Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden got a support thread. So, since every hero needs a villain, or else be boring, I nominate the Greater Fiend Doku for Brawl! Don't worry, this one doesn't accuse you of being a fanboy/girl, whatever the hell you are.
First seen in the XBox version of Ninja Gaiden, Doku appears as the main antagonist for most of the game, after slaughtering Ryu's village and nearly killing him at the beginning, after stealing the evil Dark Dragon Blade. He appears as a samurai with a face made of fire, and wearing a mask to resemble a face.
His other great acts of evil include

If Doku were in with Ryu, he would be a clone of Ryu, who could have the katana-based moveset we so desperately regret not being able to get from Samurai Goroh.
So? What do the people think? Should I conceive a moveset?

fighting Ryu as he attempted to enter the Capital City
fighting Ryu again, as a ghost, to prevent him from reaching the Vigoor Emperor
