Does the Mayflash Adapter work with Wii games?

I'm wondering, if I play, for example Brawl, on my Wii U, would the Mayflash Gamecube Adapter be compatible?

I don't think so. At the moment, it's only compatible for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, like the official adapter. Wish it could, though.

I think the old one that plugged into the Wii Remote might because it worked off of tricking the console to think it was a Classic Controller, but I haven't ever tested that.

That could work, even if the console recognizes it as a Classic Controller. I haven't tried it out either.
