Smash 3DS Does the game tell other players when a player is betting on them?

Nope. I don't believe it's a live stream of the ongoing game. If I remember correctly, Brawl spectator mode worked by having server stored replays used for betting as opposed to actual real-time fights. This means that by the time someone sees the game with you in it, you wouldn't even be in that match anymore.

That explains a lot. I think if players knew someone was betting on them in a fight. It'd hype that player up and they'd preform better as a result. Anyway, thank you.

Would have been a nice feature tho. Putting on a little more pressure when gambling with thousands of coins other users trusted you with. :)
