Does that Masterhand thing really work?

Nope it's not real, fake. It's impossible to play as the Master Hand in Super Smash Brothers, the only characters that are possible to play as are:

Ness (Hidden)
Luigi (Hidden)
Mario
Yoshi
Donkey Kong
Samus
Captain Falcon (Hidden)
Jigglypuff (Hidden)
Link
Fox
Kirby
Pikachu

That's all 12 of the characters and 4 of them are hidden ones. There's no way to unlock Master Hand through normal gameplay. You could probably unlock him or rather use a Gameshark code to play as him. But that's the only way.
