how to explain this...?

okay, so i now stale moves basically cut the power and knockback of a move if you us eit repeatedly...

does this apply to the pikmin throw, because each time you throw a different pikmin, and thats "technically" a different attack?

so, if you throw a yellow pikmin, then immediately throw a red one, will the red one have less power than a normal red one would due to stale moves?

or would it instead be like this:

you throw a red pikmin, then immediately throw a yellow. the yellow has full "yellow" power because its a seperate pikmin attack

but if you throw a red, then another red again then second red would be weaker...

i know i didnt explain this very well, but if someone could answer my question... it'd be greatly appreciated.

I think move refresh is the moves you use so you can get another move back to its full strength...

Imagine a list of the most recent moves you've done. Anything in that list will be degraded in power. When you use F-B, that list gets filled up with "F-B" moves. This pushes other moves off of the list of degraded, allowing them to become refreshed and at their fullest power. It's a little more complicated with that but that's the easiest way to put it I can think of. Basically, F-B doesn't get any weaker, but it restores your other attacks to their former strength

Every attack of every character is capable of the refreshing effect for other moves, but some moves are better than others, such as F-B with Oli
