Does Project M require an internet connection?

Me and a couple of friends want to install the hackless version onto our High School's ASP Wii. I made this just to know if a connection is required. Thanks in advance.

Nope. Just an SD card with Project M 3.6 (or 3.5) and a Brawl disk.
