Does PJ64 work on a mac?

Hey I am wondering if PJ works on a mac either organically or the use of a 3rd party program.

1) Does it work
2) Does it work well
3) Does online work
4) Can u use a 64 controller

I want to play my friend who uses a mac and online doesn't seem to have the answers.

yes to all 4, gotta use windows on your mac as far as i know

only ppl i know who do that are Q! and Battlecow

PJ64 works in parallels pretty well. I havent tried online yet though.

All right so the only alternative is using windows for mac? I saw there was a program called crossover but it didn't look that good. But if someone uses that let me know.

Not a surprise all of us here use PC's. People who like technology don't buy Apple. And people who play smash tend to like technology a lot!

IIRC Parallels caused a slight ping increase as opposed to running VM Windows

Just Bootcamp it. You can get an ISO on a thumb drive and don't have to buy anything. If you're good with computers. Otherwise it might be more trouble then it's worth

PJ64 works pretty much flawlessly in bootcamp. Significantly better than inside a VM like parallels.
