Does MK deserve to be on top with his own tier?

I say no, even if you think he is the best he is only about 1.1 above Snake
Nobody is unbeatable (unless you are facing Gannon, lol)
but yeah, the knockback in his hits is kinda low, and while he has good recovery, the his special moves are not all that good
UpB is go for recovery, but if you need it that bad for recovery you might be already dead, but it does have ok knockback for a recovery move
NeB is spammed by noobs and not to hard to avoid or counter
SiB while actually rather good, is some what similar to wolf's UpB, but slower and you change direction during, not before
DownB is ok, but nothing special

so post opinions on the topic, but don't be a **** and say stuff like "you are so gay/******** " or whatever

I agree that he shouldn't be his own tier but not for the reasons you stated.

He is overpowered but not to the point where he can't be unbeatable. I think that it's just a matter of time before characters like Snake and Diddy become more broken than him.
