Does HD and Japanese voices make it more 'professional'?

Um, hey...I know this may seem like a silly question, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

Some Youtube channels I saw that were representing their country, or something like that (most notably SmashTurnoi of France, Keitaro's channel and some person of Chile's channel) have quite a few things in common. First, it's the noticable, ever-present HD. Then there's these cute 3D renders of the characters...couple that with the fundamental custom music and stages and the fact that a few characters tend to have their Japanese voices.

So, yeah. What do you think? Does the HD and other common add-ons make it seem more 'professional'? I am not really making this a fact, as it is just my opinion.

I don't believe it is to make things more professional. I think most of it is just uploader's preference. Also another thing that could factor in that would be the fact that you can swap things around pretty easy with iso or emulator itself. Now this was me talking about voice. I am sure HD thing is because almost everything nowadays is in HD.
