Does DK deserve to be low tier

I was looking at some tier lists for smash 4 and noticed that DK was put quite low in the tiers while I'm aware he's no where near top tier I've still obtained moderate success on some local tournaments and For Glory Matches

Unfortunately, For Glory matches aren't a very good measure of one's skill, and without stages like Battlefield it is biased towards certain characters. At the moment, there is no Smash 4 tier list currently accepted by these boards. I think everyone's waiting for EVO before agreeing on some kind of tier list. As it stands, the game is still too new.
So no, DK could end up being broken SSS top tier and banned for all we know.
