I was wonder is doing drills a good way to train. I'm talking about wavedash to ledge then fall down and back-air and get back and rinse and repeat.

Movement drills are something that I practice as a Marth main a lot, so they are a good idea for just about any character, especially when you want to improve your tech and consistency.

Yes it's good to practice movement options and learning new tech. When you play friendlies is when you try and add it to your gameplay.

Well I do what you said with the waveland onto edge then fall off bair or nair and lcancel that. I sometimes switch to falcon and try moonwalking also going fox and try to waveland onto stage from edge is a good one to get down
