Just the unlockable characters on Wii U ( Falco, Wario, Dr Mario, Lucina, Dark Pit, ROB, Mr. G&W, and Duck Hunt). If so, is the method of unlocking them the same as the 3DS version?

This video shows about an hour of footage with a fresh save file. They unlocked Dr Mario after just 3 vs matches, some event matches and then doing a couple of Master Orders tickets as Link. They also got Lucina after doing Classic on 9.0 (without continuing of course), as Ganondorf.
