I've found that SH + dodge cancelling into fair is a really good way to approach campy characters like Link or Greninja. I'm really new to the whole competitive smash thing so if this sounds obvious I'm sorry, heh.
Then there's the fact that AS camping isn't as good once this technique becomes standard, since it allows almost perfect landing recovery. Maybe going for a grab as they shield?
