Obviously smash has more exposure atm, its easily accesible to anybody and everybody and features characters almost everybody has seen or knows about.
From a balance perspective though, do you think Smash is as balanced as Tekken/Street Fighter?
Personally, I think with only 2 balance patches its hard to call a game balanced...Balance is a continual process. Im a big fan of dota 2 because nobody stays broken/top tier forever. Tier list is constantly changing and is never set in stone.
