Do you think amiibos will be cheap and/or bundled?

Personally I think the amiibos are a cool add on to the game, but I do not see myself spending over $10 for one of those figures, even if its my favorite character. Last I saw Toys R Us was selling Disney Infinity figures for $15, so that's not very comforting for me.

I also got this idea that Nintendo should bundle one random amiibo with every copy of Smash. I think it'll be great especially for new players of Smash who need to get more familiar with the game's roster. And for the more experienced players it'll be exciting for them to see if they'll get a figure of a character they like. But I'm pretty sure Nintendo will rather us purchase all amiibos separately, but I can dream.

I honestly think amiibos are going to be around $20. Especially if 1 character works for multiple games. They have stressed it will be difficult to get them all and these characters appeal to more and different fan bases than say, sky landers. Nearly every video that discusses them say it's a way for nintendo to make some more money since the wii u isn't selling very well yet.

I also want to point out some may be rarer than others. I do plan on buying all of them though and my strategy will be buying them as soon as they become available before they become expensive and the only place to purchase is eBay. Although I could be completely wrong, I could also see them flopping and getting too much over stock so places will clearance them. I'm very excited for these anyway. I just hope they make one for each character that's playable. (Of course my mind will change if jigglypuff is not added to the roster, in which this will only be a game I rent from redbox a few times)

I am just ecstatic over the amiibos. I collect smash bros toys anyway and now there will actually be off ssb figures! Here's what I have so far, they're in my living room hah.

Besides that I can't imagine them being cheap unless they're also made from cheap materials.

I don't think they will particularly expensive, since they are likely being targeted to little kids, but not very cheap either. Around $10, maybe?

We will need to know how the Amiibo feature will work for certain game modes though, since if you're able to use your Amiibo character in Classic Mode, if raised right, it would make the harder skill levels seem like total pushovers.

I'm expecting $10-15 ala Skylanders/Disney Infinity. As for bundles, I could see a handful of figures being bundled together at a reduced price. Or perhaps including a random one with a Smash-themed 3DS/Wii U bundle.

My plan is to buy figures for the characters I use most first, so Mario and Peach. Then the characters I also use/plan to use, like Luigi, Villager, and Mega Man.
And then after that?

I'll try and collect all the smash bro's related amiibo's.
expecting 10-15$ price tag, hoping for under $10 so I can just drop $100 on them and get like 10 of them in one shot.
I have a video game/ anime themed room and would fit perfectly in a display case when i'm not using them.
I just hope they don't do multiples of the same characters just in different stances -_-' collectors nightmare.

Hoping for a bundle at a reduced cost will purchase them with the game cube controller bundle.
One epic day of smash, or hopefully the amiibo's come out during the 3ds version so I can steadily pre-acquire them before the wii u comes out.
