Do you other european players suffer of lag online?

I can't play decently online because i find BIG LAGS. Is it only a matter of me or of other european players?
Will it be fixed in future?

I live in the Netherlands and I have very good internet but MY GOD that input lag is unbearable!

It was terrible on wi-fi but got better for me when I switched to Lan. Lan is a must.

I'm not sure we are talking of the same thing.
I mean the game is terribly slow or it freezes and goes and freezes and goes...
My Wii is enough near to the router (same room, about ten feet apart, nothing in betwweeen) and Mario Kart 8 gives me no problems. Super Smash Bros. is a ***** instead, but occasionally it goes very fluid.

I kept my wii a meter away from the router, lag, got a lan adapter, less lag. That said a lan adapter won't do anything if the other player has bad lag.

I play on Wi-Fi and my connection are usually crisp. No matter if the opponent is from across the pond or not.
