Ditto!

I just realized. Ditto would be a neat addition to SSBB! Selecting him would cause him to randomly turn into a completely pink version of a carachter with dots for eyes and a long mouth. He would then copy the moves of whichever character he transformed into. Sorta like Charade from Soul Caliber 2!

EDIT: Kirby would just get whatever B-move Ditto copied.

Apparently, Ditto was SUPPOSED to be a Pokeball PKMN in Melee...you know, that's kinda funny...I heard that a couple years ago and tried for HOURS to get Ditto in a Pokeball...I apparently didn't catch the SUPPOSED TO part...whoops

Ditto as a playable character? No. Honestly, if Pikachu, Jigglypuff and Mewtwo are coming back, and with Pokemon Trainer coming IN, that's four characters. Don't you think that's enough?

Ditto as a Pokeball Pokemon might be interesting, though.

Ironically...that is what Ditto was supposed to do, and you're right, that would have been FREAKING AWESOME! I hope they do put Ditto in Brawl (not as a PC, but as a Pokeball PKMN)

The odd thing was that Ditto was in the list of Pokemon in the Nintendo Power player's guide, with the description that he'd turn into you and fight alongside you...

OMG, THAT'S where I saw it...I wasn't sure if it was the NP guide or the Prima guide. I knew it! I knew I wasn't crazy...well, maybe I am, but I was right!

Ditto's in the beta version, yes. I saw a screenshot of it.

The funny this is, this topic has already been done. I got linked to it a while back, I don't know where the topic is exactly, but there IS one. XD

Ditto is an idea that I'm on not really going towards either side. Still, if another first generation Pokemon needs to make it, it needs to be CUBONE! ^_^

If Ditto does make it, he should merely act as a random icon which makes the character EXACTLY like the character transformed into.

And if another first gen poke makes it it would be Marowak (though cubone is cool too,

Edit: that post is good and it makes me want Ditto in brawl. I could see ditto tournaments based on everyone having random challengers.

I definately like this idea. Either as a randomised playable, or in a Pokéball. I mean, if Ice Climbers get dumped then that's one of the major problems of the old Melee-Ditto (which was having four players as Ice Climbers (so 8 ICs) x 4 Dittos (pure LUCK) = 32 ICs O.o
