Disconnected from network during transmission. Help?

For a while now (even before WFC was shut down), I would get errors during matches, or even being on my friend roster that say Disconnected from network during transmission. Error code: 91010. It hasn't always done this, but it started back in February abruptly, and seemingly for no reason. Any help would be appreciated.
