Disc read error?

I tried to install brawl+ but everytime i select Launchgame from Gecko it says disc read error.

Help.

Do you have the gameconfig.txt?

Are you putting the GCT in the codes folder?

Did you download the right GCT for your region?

Have you tried loading it through the Disk Channel to see if it's the disk itself?

2.You mean the RSBE01.gct? yes its on the codes folder
3. I downloaded the one that says Premade PLusery set on the Brawl+ site, in the install guide.
4.i played brawl 5 minutes ago perfectly fine.

And this is with an original (retail) brawl disc, not a backup?

If it's a retail brawl disc, try a Wii System Update. You're probably missing something in the system that makes Gecko boot the game.

You should use the Q&A thread next time, but it's probably your Wii lense, I have the same problem right now.

Has it ever had trouble reading Brawl in the past? If it is your lense, it might have just started messing up, and you will have to send it to Nintendo.

I sent my wii to nintendo before, withe normal Brawl DRE issue, and since then it works fine. Its just brawl + that doesnt work.

My brawl disc works fine if i launch the game from the Wii Menu.

When i choose launch game on the Gecko, it starts reading the disc and then stops in the part where it says "loading title" or something like that. D:

maybe wait a little longer. You could always post a printscreen of your sd card so we can see exactly how everything is set up. maybe you did something wrong.

the premade set in the install guide of brawlplus.net has the wrong version of gecko :u

I installed the 1.9.1 one and it worked.
