Disable smash except on c stick

Not here to discuss whether c-sticks are for noobs or not. I'd simply like to know how difficult it would be to modify the project m source code to disable smashes on the left stick so that you'd be limited it to tilt attacks only.

Secondly, I'd like to know what it would take to modify the c-stick to be able to charge as an option as well. If both of these don't mess with any current tech that would be awesome as well.

If any of the devs see this I would be pleased to hear your input on this.

you can charge with the cstick by holding A or Z when you use it.
