Difficulty compared to smash 4

I was wondering how you would rate the difficulty of this game compared to smash 4. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks to me quiet some stuff are made easier/more accessible to do: short hop with jump + A i.e., and removal of some techs like perfect pivot. What do you guys think?

I am sure new difficult tech will be discovered. I imagine some things will be easier while others are harder.

some things were enhanced to make things optimal for certain people. it all depends on how well these changes work for you and your skill overall. but looking back, i think he made things easier.
