Difficulty against space animals?

Hey guys I'm new to smash and I'm just having a lot of trouble beating most fox/falcos. I play over netplay and usually I can hold up pretty well but Falco and Fox just beat the living hell out of me 70% of the time. Can anyone just give me general tips to playing against them?

If there's anyway you can record gameplay of yourself, then people could help you out better.

I use things like SH Bairs for spacing, Nair out of shield when I feel like I'm being shield pressured, and making sure I'm not trying to shield grab drill shines. Space animals can also CC a lot of Sheik's attacks at low percentages, so watch out for that. That's all I can really say in general.

i suggest grabbing said space animal, throwing them in a downward direction, then do that like 12 more times. then edgeguard them.
